You could get the body temperature data anytime and anywhere within 24 hours.
But if the first time ,it takes longer time to active the smart watch.

Normally Put the watch on wrist over 5 minutes, The number of temperature will increase slowly. If in winter or low temperature area , It would take more time (15~30 minutes). The watch shows ”Too Low” when the temperature is lower than 32°. That means it doesn’t work. Let’s move to indoor or warm place.
